Our mission is to perform a thorough inspection for our clients yet present our findings in such a manner as to not scare them with those findings or intimidate them with jargon. This will allow them to make educated decisions regarding the conditions of the home and how it fits into their lives. We perform inspections 7 days a week and schedule by phone or web. Questions are always welcome regardless of when we did your inspection. Our goal is be your building consultant for life whether transitioning to another home, building a new home, adding to your current home, making your current home more energy-efficient, or just maintaining your home through the years. Lake Cities Inspection Group is a real estate inspection company in the Dallas area. We offer buyer home inspections and seller “pre-listing” inspections, eleventh-month builder warranty inspections and new construction phase inspections. For older homes we offer maintenance checkups and CMC home energy audits.
